On 21st June 2024, As per the directions of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports,the NSS unit and the Physical Education Department of the college celebrated "International Yoga Day" under the able guidance of The Principal Mrs Pardeep Kaur. Yoga is an ancient physical , mental and spiritual practice that originated in India.This day aims to raise awareness of the many benefits of practicing yoga. The Principal Mrs.pardeep Kaur motivated all about the invaluable gift of Yoga which keeps our body and mind fit and fine , since Yoga is not just about exercise only but it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature. Mrs.Varinder Kaur,Principal Pt. Mohan Lal Global School also participated in the celebration along with the staff members.
